LeadAttractor Affiliate Program Agreement

Thriven, Inc. dba LeadAttractor

Version 2. Last updated: October 3, 2026. Effective for each Affiliate on the date that Affiliate e-signs it.

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER (SECTION 15). PLEASE READ ALL OF IT, INCLUDING SECTION 15, BEFORE YOU JOIN THE PROGRAM.

This LeadAttractor Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") is between Thriven, Inc., a Wyoming corporation doing business as LeadAttractor ("LeadAttractor," "we," "us," "our"), and the person or business that signs it ("Affiliate," "you," "your"). It takes effect on the date you e-sign it (the "Effective Date"). It includes Exhibit A (Code of Conduct) and Exhibit B (Disclosure Requirements). The LeadAttractor website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, published at leadattractor.ai, apply to your use of the website and are incorporated by reference. If any of them conflicts with this Agreement on the Program, this Agreement controls.

If you sign for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for your employees, contractors and anyone else who promotes LeadAttractor for you, and anything they do that breaks this Agreement counts as your breach.

1. Definitions

1.1 "Program" means the LeadAttractor affiliate program described in this Agreement.

1.2 "Affiliate Link" means the unique tracking link we give you through the affiliate dashboard we email you after you sign (the "Dashboard").

1.3 "Client Services Agreement" means the agreement a LeadAttractor client signs to buy a plan.

1.4 "Referral" means a new client who is credited to you under Section 3, signs the Client Services Agreement, and pays the first Subscription Fee.

1.5 "Active Referral" means a Referral whose LeadAttractor account is active and whose Subscription Fees are paid and current. A Referral is not active while its account is cancelled, paused, past due, in a payment dispute, or suspended.

1.6 "Subscription Fee" means the recurring fee for a LeadAttractor plan, paid monthly or as a prepaid six-month or annual package, as actually collected by us, after discounts, credits, refunds and taxes. Section 4.5 lists what is not a Subscription Fee.

1.7 "Commission" means the amount we pay you under Section 4.

1.8 "Hold Period" means the sixty (60) days after we collect a Subscription Fee.

2. Joining the Program

2.1 Application. You will give us complete and truthful information when you apply and keep it current. We decide in our sole discretion who joins the Program, and we may change our criteria at any time.

2.2 No fee. There is no fee to join and nothing to buy.

2.3 Removal. We may decline an application, or remove an Affiliate under Section 8.

2.4 Contact consent. You agree that we may contact you about your application and the Program by email, phone and text at the details you give us. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can stop our texts at any time by replying RED (STOP also works) to any text from us; that opts that number out of that text program only. We may still send messages needed to run the Program, such as payout and agreement notices, by email. Carrier and network problems are outside our control.

3. How Referrals Are Credited

3.1 Last click, 90 days. A new client is credited to you if they reach the LeadAttractor website through your Affiliate Link and buy a plan within ninety (90) days of their last click on your Affiliate Link, and no other Affiliate's link was clicked after yours. If a client carries more than one Affiliate's tracking cookie, the most recent one generally wins.

3.2 Who does not count. No Commission is paid for: (a) you, your own business, or any business you own or control (self-referral); (b) anyone who was already a LeadAttractor client, or who cancelled within the ninety (90) days before signing up through your link; (c) anyone who signs up without your Affiliate Link being tracked, unless we confirm the credit in writing; or (d) any client located in, or associated with, a country, region, person or entity that is the target of U.S. sanctions (including those administered by OFAC).

3.3 Our records control. Credit is decided by our tracking system and records, in our reasonable discretion. If you believe a client should have been credited to you, tell us in writing within sixty (60) days of their sign-up, with the client's name, and we will review it.

3.4 No switching. You will not encourage any client to cancel, transfer or re-sign an account to move it to you, whether that account is credited to another Affiliate or to no one. Commission is not paid on a switch unless the client asked for it on their own, not at your direction. Doing this is a material breach.

3.5 More than one Affiliate. If different Affiliates are involved with the same client, we will decide how Commission is allocated, in our reasonable discretion.

4. Commissions

4.1 Rate. You earn twenty percent (20%) of the Subscription Fees we collect from each of your Active Referrals, for as long as that Referral stays an Active Referral, subject to Sections 5 and 8.

4.2 Twenty-five percent tier. While you have fifteen (15) or more Active Referrals at the same time, you earn twenty-five percent (25%) on the Subscription Fees of all your Active Referrals. We count your Active Referrals on the last day of each calendar month; the rate set that day applies to all Subscription Fees collected from your Referrals during that month. If your count falls below fifteen (15), the rate returns to twenty percent (20%) from the next month.

4.3 Current plans. LeadAttractor's plans are currently:

PlanMonthly Subscription Fee (currently)Commission at 20%Commission at 25%
Starter$497$99.40$124.25
Professional$697$139.40$174.25
Scale$997$199.40$249.25

These figures show how the percentage works on each plan; they are not a promise of earnings. Plans and prices may change at any time. Commission is always calculated on the Subscription Fee actually collected.

4.4 Prepaid and installment packages. When a Referral prepays a six-month or annual package, your Commission is the applicable percentage of the amount we actually collect for the package, spread evenly across the months the package covers and earned month by month while the Referral stays an Active Referral. Example: a Starter annual package of $4,970 at 20% is $994, earned as $82.83 a month for twelve months. When a package is paid in installments, Commission is calculated on each installment as we collect it. If a package is re-priced or ends early under the Client Services Agreement, Commission follows only the Subscription Fee part of what is actually collected.

4.5 What is excluded. Commission is paid on Subscription Fees only. None of the following is a Subscription Fee, and no Commission is paid on it:

  1. the one-time Build and Install fee (currently $1,997) and any other setup, onboarding or changeover fee;
  2. usage charges, including voice minutes, texts, emails, AI comps, credit wallet top-ups, skip tracing, buyer reveals, market pulls, and phone number fees;
  3. add-ons and add-on services, including Coaching and Community after any included period;
  4. custom AI builds, custom work, integrations, workflow builds, audits and any other one-time service;
  5. Founders Lifetime and any other one-time or lifetime purchase;
  6. sales tax, VAT and similar taxes, and payment processing fees passed to the client; and
  7. any amount discounted, credited, refunded, reversed or charged back.

No Commission is ever paid on a setup fee, the Build and Install fee, a Founders Lifetime purchase or any other one-time purchase.

4.6 Plan changes. If an Active Referral upgrades or downgrades to another LeadAttractor plan, your Commission continues on the new plan's Subscription Fee.

4.7 Retired or replaced plans. We are not required to keep any plan or price. If a Referral's plan is retired and the Referral moves to a replacement plan, your Commission continues on the replacement plan's Subscription Fee. If a Referral switches to a Founders Lifetime or another product outside this Program, your Commission on that Referral ends when its Subscription Fees end.

4.8 Free months, credits and pauses. Commission is paid only on money we actually collect. No Commission is paid for a month that is free or credited (including a free month under the client's Performance Guarantee), or for any time a Referral's account is paused or past due. If a past-due fee is later collected, Commission is paid on it then.

4.9 Single level. The Program is single level. You earn only on clients you refer. You earn nothing on clients referred by other Affiliates, including Affiliates you introduced to the Program.

4.10 Custom arrangements. Any different rate or structure must be in a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Calls, messages and verbal promises do not change your Commission.

4.11 Rate changes. We may change Commission rates or rules on thirty (30) days written notice by email. A change does not reduce Commission on Subscription Fees collected before it takes effect. If you do not accept a change, you may end this Agreement under Section 8.1.

5. When Commissions Are Earned and Paid

5.1 Hold. A Commission is earned when the Hold Period for the Subscription Fee it is based on ends, if by then the fee has not been refunded, credited, disputed or charged back, the Referral is not in breach of its Client Services Agreement, and you are in compliance with this Agreement.

5.2 Payout date. On the 15th of each month we pay every Commission that was earned on or before the last day of the previous month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or U.S. holiday, we pay on the next business day.

5.3 How you are paid. We pay by PayPal, in U.S. dollars, to the PayPal account email you give us, which must be in your own name or your business's name. Keep it current in the Dashboard or by telling us in writing. We are not responsible for a payment sent to an address you gave us. We pay PayPal's standard sending fee; you pay any currency conversion or receiving fees. We may change the payout method on thirty (30) days notice.

5.4 Minimum payout. We pay once your earned, unpaid Commissions reach fifty dollars ($50.00). Smaller balances roll over from month to month with no expiry. If this Agreement ends and no further Commission can become payable to you under Section 8.3, a remaining balance under $50.00 is forfeited.

5.5 Taxes and tax forms. Before your first payout, you must give us a completed IRS Form W-9 (if you are a U.S. person) or Form W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E (if you are not), through the form we send you, and any other tax document we reasonably request (the "Required Documents"). We hold payouts until we have them. If we do not receive them within one hundred eighty (180) days after your first Commission is earned, Commissions earned more than one hundred eighty (180) days before we receive them may be forfeited. We issue tax forms where the law requires and may withhold tax where the law requires. You are solely responsible for your own taxes and filings.

5.6 No clawbacks on refunds or cancellations. If a Subscription Fee is refunded, credited or charged back during its Hold Period, no Commission is earned on it. Once a Commission has been paid, we do not take it back because the Referral later cancels, downgrades or receives a refund. The only exceptions are: (a) fraud, self-referral or a breach of this Agreement (Section 5.7); and (b) a chargeback on the payment the Commission was based on, where the client wins the dispute. In those cases only, we may deduct the amount from your future Commissions or ask you to repay it.

5.7 Fraud and breach. If we reasonably determine that a Referral or a payment was obtained by fraud, self-referral, a violation of this Agreement, or a violation of law, no Commission is earned on it, any Commission already paid on it may be deducted from future Commissions or repaid to us, and we may end this Agreement under Section 8.2.

5.8 Statements and disputes. The Dashboard shows your credited Referrals and Commissions. Our records control. If you disagree with a payout, tell us in writing within sixty (60) days of the payout date, with the details, or the payout is final.

5.9 Payments we cannot complete. If a payout fails for a reason outside our control (for example, your PayPal account is closed or restricted), we will try to reach you at your contact details. If you do not give us a working payout account within one hundred eighty (180) days, that payout may be forfeited.

6. How You May Promote LeadAttractor

6.1 Code of Conduct and disclosures. You will follow the Code of Conduct (Exhibit A), the Disclosure Requirements (Exhibit B), all applicable laws, including the FTC's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (the "FTC Endorsement Guides"), and the terms of every website and platform you use (together, the "Rules").

6.2 No calls or texts for LeadAttractor. You will not text, call, cold call, robocall, use an autodialer or AI voice, or leave ringless voicemails to promote LeadAttractor, and you will not text or call anyone in LeadAttractor's name. You may share your Affiliate Link in your own content, on your own website and social accounts, and directly with people who have asked you for it.

6.3 Email. Any email you send that mentions LeadAttractor must be sent in your own name, only to people who agreed to hear from you, and must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and similar laws. You are the sender. Include a working unsubscribe, honor every opt-out, and never imply the email comes from LeadAttractor. No purchased, rented or scraped lists.

6.4 Paid search and brand names. You will not bid on, or use in ad copy, display URLs or keywords, "LeadAttractor", "Lead Attractor", "CloseMagnet", or any misspelling or variation of them, on any search or advertising platform. You will not use those names in a company name, domain name, social handle or app name. Other paid advertising is allowed if it follows the Rules.

6.5 No income or results claims. You will not promise or suggest that anyone will earn money, close deals or get any business result from LeadAttractor or from the Program, and you will not quote your own affiliate earnings as typical. The only performance promise you may repeat is LeadAttractor's written one, in these words: "Every lead called within 10 seconds, or your next month is free."

6.6 Accurate descriptions. You will describe LeadAttractor accurately and only with current published plans and prices. You will not say LeadAttractor provides or sells leads (it works the leads a client already generates), and you will not offer any discount, free trial, code or bonus we have not approved in writing.

6.7 Our right to ask for changes. We may ask you to change or remove any content that mentions LeadAttractor, and you will do so within two (2) business days. Failing to follow the Rules is a material breach.

7. Intellectual Property and Media Release

7.1 Our materials. We may give you logos, images, text, videos and other materials for the Program ("LeadAttractor Materials"). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, royalty-free license to use them only to promote LeadAttractor under this Agreement, without changing them, and in line with any brand guidelines we give you. You may not sublicense them. All rights in LeadAttractor's name, trademarks, logos, software, services and materials ("LeadAttractor IP") stay with us, and all goodwill from your use belongs to us. You will not challenge our rights in the LeadAttractor IP or the validity of this Agreement. On request you will send us samples of materials that use our trademarks.

7.2 Infringement and security. You will tell us promptly about any infringement of LeadAttractor IP you learn of and give reasonable help at our expense. You will not promote anyone who infringes our IP. You will use reasonable measures to protect our services on your systems and tell us promptly about any security breach that affects them.

7.3 Your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use content you publish about LeadAttractor or the Program for any lawful purpose, including promoting LeadAttractor and the Program. You confirm your content does not infringe anyone's rights.

7.4 Media release. If you choose to take part in our events, calls, workshops, podcasts or other media activities ("Activities"), you give us the irrevocable right to record, copyright, use and publish your image, voice, likeness and contributions from those Activities ("Likeness"), in any medium, for any lawful purpose, and you waive any right to inspect or approve that use. You release us from claims related to that use, including claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation or alteration of the Likeness, to the extent the law allows. You confirm no one else holds an exclusive right to your Likeness that would conflict.

8. Term and Termination

8.1 Term. This Agreement starts on the Effective Date and continues until ended. Either party may end it at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other thirty (30) days written notice.

8.2 Termination for breach. If we reasonably determine that you breached this Agreement or the Rules, or violated any law in connection with the Program or your use of LeadAttractor ("Breach"), we may, immediately and without notice, end this Agreement, freeze your Commissions, disable your Affiliate Link and Dashboard, and suspend any LeadAttractor account you own or control.

8.3 What happens to Commissions.

  1. Commissions earned before the end date are paid on the normal schedule, unless the Agreement ended for Breach.
  2. If we end this Agreement without cause, or close the Program, you keep earning Commission on Referrals that were Active Referrals on the end date for as long as they stay Active Referrals, as long as you keep a valid payout account and Required Documents on file and do not breach Sections 9 or 6.
  3. If you end this Agreement, Commission stops on Subscription Fees collected after the end date.
  4. If this Agreement ends for Breach, all unpaid Commissions, including future Commissions, are forfeited.

8.4 After termination. You will stop using the LeadAttractor IP, your Affiliate Link and the LeadAttractor Materials, and remove them from your content within ten (10) days. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive, including 3.3, 5.5 to 5.9, 7, 8.3, 8.4, 9 and 11 to 17.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

"Confidential Information" means non-public business, technical, financial or other information you receive from us, including brand guidelines, data, the terms of any custom arrangement, and any personal information of clients or prospects we give you ("Personal Information"). You will keep Confidential Information confidential, use it only for the Program, and not share or sell it to anyone without our written consent. This does not cover information that is public through no fault of yours, that you already had without restriction, that you received lawfully from someone else without restriction, or that you developed independently. You may disclose it if the law or a court requires, after telling us promptly where the law allows. You will handle Personal Information under all applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy, and you will post your own privacy policy where you collect personal information.

10. Your Representations and Notices to Us

10.1 Investigations. You confirm there is no prior or pending investigation, inquiry or prosecution of you by the FTC, any other government agency or any industry regulator anywhere, and no prior or pending private lawsuit against you about intentional torts or consumer protection or advertising laws. If any of these arises after you sign, you will tell us within twenty-four (24) hours, and we may end this Agreement immediately.

10.2 Complaints. You will tell us within twenty-four (24) hours of any complaint you receive about content you published about LeadAttractor.

10.3 Honest opinions. If you can no longer honestly recommend LeadAttractor, you will tell us and stop promoting it, and either party may end this Agreement.

11. Independent Contractor

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise or agency relationship. You cannot bind LeadAttractor or speak for it, and you do not share in its profits or losses. The only compensation available to you is described in this Agreement. You are responsible for your own acts and those of anyone working for you, and for your own expenses and taxes. Any tips, training or compliance guidance we give you ("Recommendations") is for information only and is not legal advice; you remain responsible for your own compliance, and we have no duty to monitor it.

12. No Guarantee

We do not promise or guarantee any income, sales or success from the Program. We will not provide leads or referrals to you. Neither LeadAttractor nor the Program is a business opportunity, franchise, "business in a box" or assisted marketing plan.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Program, the Dashboard and the LeadAttractor Materials are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that tracking or the Dashboard will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for third-party services, including payment, tracking and platform providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, however caused and on any theory of liability. Our total liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Program will not exceed the Commissions paid or payable to you in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, or our right to any remedy against you.

14. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless LeadAttractor and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates and assigns from all claims, demands, proceedings, damages, losses, fines, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees and investigation costs) arising directly or indirectly from: (a) information or content you supply or publish; (b) any actual or alleged breach of this Agreement or the Rules by you or anyone working for you; (c) any call, text or email you or anyone working for you sends; (d) your use of LeadAttractor IP or LeadAttractor Materials; or (e) any negligence, gross negligence or willful misconduct by you or anyone working for you.

15. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

15.1 Governing law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

15.2 Try to resolve it first. Before starting arbitration, a party will give the other written notice of the dispute and both will try in good faith to resolve it within thirty (30) days.

15.3 Arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Program that is not resolved under Section 15.2 will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wyoming before a single arbitrator, and the arbitrator's decision is final.

15.4 Court relief. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual property or Confidential Information. You agree that a breach or threatened breach of this Agreement may cause us irreparable harm, and that we may seek an injunction without posting a bond and without proving actual damages.

15.5 Class action waiver. YOU AND WE WILL BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY. CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS AND REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED, AND YOU MAY NOT SEEK RELIEF THAT AFFECTS OTHER AFFILIATES OR CLIENTS.

15.6 Time limit. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is barred.

16. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement, including the Exhibits, by giving you at least thirty (30) days notice by email. The update applies from the date stated in the notice. It will not reduce Commission on Subscription Fees collected before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you may end this Agreement under Section 8.1 before the update takes effect; otherwise, continuing in the Program after that date means you accept it. Any other change must be in writing and signed by both parties.

17. General

17.1 Entire agreement. This Agreement, with its Exhibits and the documents it incorporates, is the entire agreement about the Program. It replaces every earlier version of the LeadAttractor affiliate agreement, including the version dated April 1, 2026, and any terms accepted by checkbox on the application form. If you and we sign a separate written agreement about the Program, that agreement controls where it conflicts with this one.

17.2 Notices. Notices to LeadAttractor go to support@leadattractor.ai. Notices to you go to the email address on your application or in the Dashboard, and are effective when sent. Keep your email current.

17.3 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or your Commissions without our written consent. We may assign it to a successor or affiliate.

17.4 Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, labor disputes, pandemics, and carrier, platform or payment provider outages, if it gives reasonable notice and makes good faith efforts to work around the problem. This does not excuse payment obligations.

17.5 Severability and waiver. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be changed only as much as needed to make it enforceable, and the rest stays in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

17.6 Third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or services of any third party, and make no representations about them.

17.7 Electronic signatures. The parties agree to electronic signatures and electronic delivery of notices and records, which have the same effect as originals. This Agreement is accepted by LeadAttractor when we activate your Affiliate Link.

Exhibit A: Code of Conduct

  1. Follow every LeadAttractor policy and instruction we give you, including requests to change or remove content.
  2. Every claim you make about LeadAttractor must be your honest opinion, truthful, substantiated and not misleading. Correct any statement that becomes inaccurate.
  3. Anything you publish must fairly and accurately show what is represented and what a typical client can expect.
  4. Never say or imply that LeadAttractor or the Program is a business opportunity, franchise, "business in a box" or assisted marketing plan.
  5. Never say or imply that anyone will make money, close deals or get any result from LeadAttractor or from becoming an Affiliate. The only performance promise you may repeat is: "Every lead called within 10 seconds, or your next month is free."
  6. Never say LeadAttractor provides, sells or guarantees leads.
  7. Use only current published plans, prices and features. Do not offer discounts, coupons, free trials, promo codes, bonuses or other offers we have not approved in writing.
  8. Do not offer cash, rebates, a share of your Commission, rewards points or prizes to get someone to sign up or respond to an ad. Do not run contests or giveaways without our written approval, and then only under the laws that govern them.
  9. Do not text, call, cold call, robocall, use an autodialer or AI voice, or leave ringless voicemails to promote LeadAttractor, and never text or call anyone in LeadAttractor's name.
  10. Send email only in your own name, only to people who agreed to hear from you, in line with CAN-SPAM. Scrub against do-not-email lists, include a working unsubscribe, and honor every opt-out. No purchased, rented or scraped lists.
  11. No spam of any kind: bulk email, text spam, form spam, comment spam or social media spam.
  12. Follow all privacy laws when you collect anyone's personal information, follow our Privacy Policy, and post your own privacy policy.
  13. Do not bid on, or use in ads, keywords or display URLs, "LeadAttractor", "Lead Attractor", "CloseMagnet" or any variation or misspelling.
  14. Do not use LeadAttractor or CloseMagnet names in a company name, domain name, social handle or app name.
  15. Do not copy or imitate the look of LeadAttractor's website, frame our website, or make your content look like it comes from LeadAttractor.
  16. Do not impersonate LeadAttractor, its team or anyone else, or suggest you can bind or represent LeadAttractor.
  17. Do not name or describe the third-party platforms or vendors that LeadAttractor uses to deliver its services.
  18. When you comment on competitors, make clear you are not speaking for LeadAttractor, and do not say anything defamatory, misleading or unsubstantiated.
  19. Do not defame LeadAttractor, its team, its clients or other Affiliates.
  20. Use your Affiliate Link as given. Do not manipulate it, hide or mask the referring URL, or share your link with another Affiliate.
  21. No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-ups, false or misleading links, or software, toolbars, plug-ins or extensions that intercept, redirect or divert traffic or affiliate credit.
  22. No self-referral. Only purchases by other people through your Affiliate Link earn Commission.
  23. No deceptive, manipulative or fraudulent behavior, alone or with a client or another Affiliate, and nothing that in our reasonable judgment abuses the Program or its spirit.
  24. No unlawful or deceptive search engine optimization.
  25. Do not promote through a sub-affiliate network or let anyone else use your Affiliate Link without our written approval.
  26. Do not publish or link to content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, profane or obscene, that promotes illegal drug use or irresponsible drinking, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
  27. Do not place LeadAttractor ads on sites or apps with adult content, weapons, graphic violence, gambling, fake news or other offensive content.
  28. Do not distribute viruses, malware or code meant to damage, interfere with or intercept any system or data.
  29. Do not misrepresent the source of anything you post or include advertising for money-making schemes or other third parties in content about LeadAttractor.
  30. Do not use any images, text or other content we give you except as we authorize in writing, and do not change it.
  31. Follow export and sanctions laws, and do not try to enable a sale to a sanctioned country or person.
  32. Do not link to sites that break this Code of Conduct.
  33. Keep your content, accounts and sites up to date. We may monitor them, and you will make any change we ask for that relates to the Program.

Exhibit B: Disclosure Requirements

You will follow these rules for every piece of content that mentions LeadAttractor.

1. Disclose your connection

You must disclose your material connection to LeadAttractor (including that you earn a commission) wherever you share your Affiliate Link or talk about LeadAttractor, in a way that meets this Agreement, these Disclosure Requirements, the FTC Endorsement Guides and the FTC's guidance "FTC's Endorsement Guides: What People Are Asking." A material connection includes commissions, free or discounted service, gifts, access to events, and personal or business relationships. You must disclose even when you only tag LeadAttractor or show yourself using it.

2. Make it clear

A disclosure must be easy for an ordinary viewer to understand, must accurately describe your connection, and must not be contradicted by anything else in your content. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, these work:

  • "#ad", if it is otherwise clear that LeadAttractor is the sponsor.
  • "Sponsored by LeadAttractor," "I am a paid affiliate marketer for LeadAttractor," "Paid post for LeadAttractor," or "I was paid by LeadAttractor to..."
  • If the post clearly identifies LeadAttractor as the sponsor and viewers can see "#ad" and your Affiliate Link at the same time, nothing more is needed.
  • If "#ad" and your Affiliate Link are not visible at the same time, use: "This is an affiliate link and I get commissions for purchases made through links in this post" or "I am a LeadAttractor affiliate, which means I get a commission when purchases are made through this link."

These do NOT work on their own: #GoLeadAttractor; abbreviations people will not understand (such as #spon, #pd, #sp, #collab); only #partner, #ambassador, #consultant, #adviser, #affiliate or #teamLeadAttractor; only "thank you," "thanks," "gift" or "gifted"; only #endorsement; only a platform's branded content tool; only tagging or mentioning LeadAttractor; only a campaign hashtag.

Disclose in every post regardless of space. A visual endorsement needs at least a visual disclosure, a spoken one needs at least a spoken disclosure, and one that is both needs both.

3. Make it conspicuous

For visual disclosures, consider font, color, size, contrast, how long it is on screen, and competing text or images. For spoken disclosures, consider speed, volume, cadence, how close it is to the mention of LeadAttractor, background sound, and whether it needs repeating.

4. By format

  • In-feed posts (for example X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn): in the first two lines of text, not only in a bio, below the fold, behind a link, or buried in hashtags.
  • Video: in the video itself at the beginning, long enough to read and understand, and at the start of the description. An end card alone is not enough.
  • Stories, Reels, Shorts, Snaps, TikToks: superimposed over the image or video, easy to notice and read, well contrasted.
  • Live streams: repeated throughout so people who join late hear it.

No Income Claims // Reality Check

Let’s be completely clear: there are no income claims, guarantees, or promises of earning potential anywhere on this site. Any example here shows how the system works, not what it will do for you. We don’t know you, your work ethic, your market, your capital, or your capacity. We love working with serious operators, and we build solid systems that actually function in the real world. If you want things that work, see if you qualify. If you’re looking for a get-rich-quick scheme, a magic bullet, or a guarantee you’ll make money just by buying our software, you’re in the wrong place. We just build machines that work. Proceed accordingly. Read the full disclaimer.
