Privacy Policy

Last updated September 3, 2026

This policy explains what LeadAttractor collects when you visit leadattractor.ai and its subdomains, submit a form, talk to our voice assistant, request a demo, or become a client. It explains why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. Plain language throughout, on purpose.

LeadAttractor is operated from Sacramento, California. Questions about this policy go to support@leadattractor.ai.

1. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details you type into a form: name, email address, phone number, company, and any answers you give on a qualifier or survey.
  • Property details you submit for a comp report, including the property address.
  • Support tickets, newsletter sign-ups, affiliate applications, and anything you write to us.
  • Billing and account details when you become a client, handled through our payment and CRM providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Voice, calls, texts, and chat

  • The voice assistant on this site, the live demo, and any call an AI agent places to you at your request are recorded and transcribed. The recording, the transcript, and a summary are stored in our CRM and are used to run the conversation, book appointments, score call quality, and train our team.
  • Text messages and emails you exchange with our automated agents are stored in our CRM, including delivery and read status.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser type, operating system, screen size, language, and IP address.
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, the page that referred you, and the search terms or ad that brought you here.
  • Cookie identifiers and similar identifiers set by the tools listed in section 4, subject to your cookie choices.
  • Security telemetry such as content-security-policy reports, which contain the page URL and the blocked resource, not your identity.

Client platform data

If you are a LeadAttractor client, the leads, contacts, calls, and messages inside your account belong to you and are processed on your instructions under the Terms of Service. This policy covers our own website and our relationship with you; it does not change how your business handles your sellers' data.

2. How we use it

  • To respond to your request: send the comp report, run the demo, book the call, answer the ticket.
  • To call, text, and email you about LeadAttractor when you have asked us to, using automated systems where you have consented (section 3).
  • To run, secure, and improve the site and the service, including measuring which pages and campaigns work.
  • To provide the service to clients, bill for it, and support it.
  • To comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect LeadAttractor, our clients, and the public.

3. Consent for automated calls and texts

Every form on this site carries two checkboxes worded exactly as our carrier registration requires: one for non-marketing text messages from LeadAttractor Agency (appointment reminders, account notifications, replies to your inquiry) and one for marketing text messages (promotions, special offers, product updates). The first is required to submit; the second is optional. On the live demo page, clicking the button is also your express written consent to one automated, AI-voiced demo call at the number you entered. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply RED to any text to opt out, and HELP for assistance. You can also withdraw consent by emailing support@leadattractor.ai.

Calls placed by our AI agents are identified as automated at the start of the call. Recordings are disclosed on this page and, where the law requires it, at the start of the call.

4. Cookies and tracking tools

We use a consent banner with three categories. Necessary tools always run. Analytics and Marketing tools do not load and do not set cookies until you choose Accept All or turn them on under Customize. Choosing Necessary Only keeps them off. Your choice is stored in your browser for this site.

CategoryWhat it doesToolsDefault
NecessaryRuns the site, remembers your cookie choice, protects the site from abuse, and delivers the forms, chat, and voice assistant you choose to use.Vercel (hosting), LeadAttractor CRM forms and surveys, CloseMagnet voice assistant, Wistia video player, Google Tag Manager (the container only, no tags fire until you choose)Always on
AnalyticsCounts visits, pages, and clicks, and records anonymized session replays and heatmaps so we can see where the site is confusing.Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, LeadAttractor CRM page trackingOff until you accept
MarketingMeasures which ads brought you here and lets us show you ads on other sites after you visit.Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, Microsoft AdvertisingOff until you accept

To change your choice later, clear this site's cookies and site data in your browser and the banner will ask again on your next visit, or email us and we will walk you through it. The tag container that carries these tools is not loaded at all until you allow Analytics or Marketing, and Google's tools also receive a Google Consent Mode signal set to denied before anything runs and updated to your choice. Microsoft Clarity records sessions only after you allow cookies beyond Necessary; it masks text you type into forms.

Your browser's Do Not Track signal is not a standard the industry agrees on, so we do not change behavior based on it. Because Analytics and Marketing tools are off until you turn them on, the default state already matches an opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers. We share it with:

  • Service providers that run the site and the service. Vercel (hosting), our CRM platform (forms, surveys, contact records, messaging, calendars), our voice AI provider (the voice assistant, the demo call, and AI agent calls, including recording and transcription), Wistia (video), Google and Microsoft (the analytics and advertising tools in section 4), our email delivery provider, and our payment processor. Each one is limited to the purpose we engage it for.
  • Telephone carriers, who deliver calls and texts and require business registration for text traffic.
  • Advertising partners, only through the Marketing tools you have accepted, to measure and target ads. This is the only sharing that could count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, and it is off until you turn it on.
  • Professional advisers and authorities when the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or to protect people from harm.
  • A successor if LeadAttractor is sold or merged, under the same commitments.

6. How long we keep it

  • Contact records, call recordings, transcripts, messages, and chat logs: for as long as we have a relationship with you and for up to three years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires longer.
  • Client account data: for the life of the account and thirty days after termination, per the Terms of Service.
  • Analytics data: per the retention setting of each tool, currently up to 14 months for Google Analytics and 30 days for Clarity session recordings.
  • Security logs and consent records: up to two years.

7. How we protect it

Encryption in transit on every page and endpoint, encryption at rest with our providers, access limited to the people who need it, security headers and a content security policy on the site, and monitoring for abuse. No system is perfect. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

8. Your rights and choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to give you a copy, or to stop calling, texting, or emailing you. We will not treat you differently for asking.

California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Sharing for advertising happens only through Marketing cookies you have accepted, and you can decline or withdraw that in the banner. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit. Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with privacy laws have similar rights and can use the same contact.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland: LeadAttractor serves United States real estate operators, and your data is processed in the United States. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are your consent (cookies, calls, and texts), the contract with you (the service), and our legitimate interest in running and securing the site. You have the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object, and to withdraw consent at any time, and you may complain to your supervisory authority.

To exercise any right, email support@leadattractor.ai or open a ticket at leadattractor.ai/support. We will verify the request against the contact details we hold and answer within 45 days. An authorized agent may act for you with written permission.

9. Children

The site and the service are for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

10. Other sites

Links on this site may take you to other companies' sites, including our CRM, booking, and video providers. Their privacy policies govern what they collect there.

11. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date at the top. For material changes we will also tell clients by email. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.

12. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellation are governed by the Terms of Service. Since the Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you've carefully read the service description before making a purchase. You are able to cancel your subscription at any time by going to leadattractor.ai/support and sending us a ticket requesting cancellation.

13. Contact

No Income Claims // Reality Check

Let’s be completely clear: there are no income claims, guarantees, or promises of earning potential anywhere on this site. The numbers and case studies shared here are simply lessons from operators who have been there, done that. But we don’t know you, your work ethic, your market, your capital, or your capacity. We love working with serious operators, and we build solid systems that actually function in the real world. If you want things that work, see if you qualify. If you’re looking for a get-rich-quick scheme, a magic bullet, or a guarantee you’ll make money just by buying our software, you’re in the wrong place. We just build machines that work. Proceed accordingly. Read the full disclaimer.
