If nothing is coming in, there is nothing for the system to answer. If leads are coming in and going cold before anyone calls them, that is exactly the problem this solves.

Voice and email are live within 24 hours of your onboarding call. Texting is the one clock we do not control: your A2P carrier registration is submitted on day one and typically approves in 3 to 10 days, and texting switches on the moment the carrier says yes. We will never promise you a texting date, because the carrier owns that decision, not us.

Scale is for the operator running flips or multiple markets: the full Fix and Flip suite, deal analytics, marketing spend and ROI, and monthly strategy time. Voice AI is billed at $0.35 per connected minute on every plan.

Voice AI minutes are billed at $0.35 per minute for connected calls only. If the phone rings and nobody answers, you are not charged. Voicemail is not charged either. Minutes are only consumed when a live conversation is happening. There are no bundled or included minutes on any plan. You simply pay $0.35 for each connected minute as you use it.

AI comps are automated comparable property analyses generated by the platform. They pull recent sales data, analyze property characteristics, and produce ARV estimates for your deals. Starter includes 50 per month, Professional includes 100, and Scale includes 150. Additional comps are $1 each if you need more, and comp credits never expire. Comps are a triage tool, not a licensed appraisal.
