The real difference is where the AI sits
ReSimpli sells ten AI agents. They are priced one at a time from $99 to $399 a month, or as bundles, and the price is the same on their entry plan and their top plan. The Full AI Team bundle is $1,299 a month, or $1,099 a month billed yearly. That is a second subscription on top of the base plan.
Then AI usage is metered on top of the subscription: 50 cents an AI minute and 50 cents an AI text, at every tier. It is the one line on their add-on table that never gets cheaper as you move up. Ordinary calling minutes drop from 5 cents to 3 cents across the tiers. AI minutes stay at 50 cents.
At LeadAttractor the AI agents are not an add-on. They are what you are buying. The price is $497, $697, or $997 a month, and the agents are inside it.

Where ReSimpli's pricing table (September 2, 2026) lists nothing comparable, the cell says so. Everything on the right is CloseMagnet, included in every LeadAttractor plan.
Where ReSimpli is the better choice
Price of entry. At $149 a month billed yearly it is the cheapest way into a real investor CRM. For a solo operator on a tight budget, that can matter more than anything else on this page.
Data tools we do not have. List stacking, list pulling credits, driving for dollars, direct mail from inside the platform, monthly cash buyer searches, and a large skip tracing allowance are in their plans and have no equivalent on our side. If that is how you find deals, it is a real reason to choose them.
Onboarding. Unlimited onboarding sessions, migration help, courses, and an account manager on every tier is more hand-holding at signup than most software in this category offers.
Where the math flips
It flips the day you turn the AI on. A ReSimpli buyer who wants working AI seller follow-up takes the Full AI Team bundle, because all ten agents at $1,099 billed yearly cost less than buying the four seller-facing agents one at a time. On their Pro plan that is $1,398 a month billed yearly, or $1,698 billed monthly, before a single AI minute or text is used. Then every AI minute is 50 cents and every AI text is 50 cents on top.
It flips again on who does the build. Onboarding gets your data moved. It does not write your campaigns, tune your cadences, configure the agents to your market, or notice at 2am when something quietly stops firing. That work is ongoing, and on a do-it-yourself platform it is yours.
ReSimpli put it well themselves. In a July 2026 post on their own site, describing the agents a buyer pays $1,099 to $1,299 a month for, they wrote that the current AI agents are helpful but do not yet fully replace a lead manager. That is their description of their own product, and it is the most useful sentence on this page.
